High Street North West Mersea CO5 8JU Residents’ flats at Mersea Court have their own front door opening on to a balcony on the first floor or gardens on the ground floor. A lift is available to the first floor. Each flat is a separate dwelling and comprises a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There is a community lounge with a kitchen area attached, which can be used for social occasions. Residents are able to hold private parties here. There is a storage and charging facility for mobility vehicles. The flats here vary in size from studio flats to much larger one bedroom flats. All flats have their own kitchen and bath/shower room. Akhurst Court Gardens The facilities room at Akhurst Court provides a wheelchair-accessed shower, and a bath suitable for disabled residents. There is a community lounge and an adjoining large kitchen, both of which residents are able to use for social occasions. Laundry facilities are provided. There is a lift to the first floor.
